If COVID-19 has proven anything, it has proven that the “Church” is weaker than I think anyone had even realized. The distance that separates the “Church” from God, is further apart than any computer can calculate. You see, for so long, our facade of entertainment that we call “Church” has created a sense of “Realness” and has appeased the masses, yet it lacks root. On the surface, it looks real, sounds real, and seems real, but there is no root to it.
As a result, we are now seeing how shallow it really is. Just the mention of a virus has caused the American Church as we know it, to run, hide, and cave to the dictatorships of government. In the midst of this travesty, the church is nowhere to be found. We are now seeing how easy it will be for those who have heard the truth, and rejected it, to receive the word from the anti-christ and accept it.
I’ve said this from day one, and I believe it even more now than ever, the “Church” as we know it is filled with LOST PEOPLE. It is filled with people who have said a prayer, had an emotional experience, shed a tear, but have never been CONVERTED. We are seeing a whole lot of REALLY FAKE, but very little REAL FAITH.
My friends, now is not the time to entertain, sugar-coat, or make people comfortable. Now is the time to cry aloud and spare not the TRUTH of the condition of the Church.
